The battery light comes on when the car is not running and the key is in the ignition. Did it start back up?

Yes i started it back up twice and it turned of again and again, the third time it stayed on,
this also happend to me when i was driving the break and wheel would lock up and it would just die,
this is dangerous so i need to fix this quick so ppl wont get hurt and neither will i

Well when your engine dies, you obviously lose power steering and brakes. What does your voltage meter read with the engine both on and off? It could be a dead or low battery resulting from a bad alternator. Ive had the same thing happen to me before (in a Lexus of all cars).

Yep, it could be a bad voltage regulater in alternator.

Check the battery voltage is around +12-12.5V then start the car and check the charge voltage it should be something like +14V.

good luck!

As VEE EIGHT notes, when the engine's not turning, you lose power assist on the brakes and steering. However, they don't lock up. They just require much more manual force input to use. Don't just give up, throw your hands in the air and wait for a collision: Keep braking and steering!

Stalling and idle instability down near idle can be caused by many things. IMO, it's probably not related to the battery or charging system. A vacuum leak is a typical culprit. A bad PCV valve or a bad EGR valve can mimic a vacuum leak if either stays "open" as the engine idles down. A bad IAC (idle air control) valve can cause idle problems. What mods are on the car and does it have an aftermarket tune in the PCM?

I am replacing the iac valve this week and ill see what that does,
but the mods are just an offroad x pipe with flowmasters
