Itook my right front wheel off today and noticed a hole in the area above the top of the spring perch. You can see the two bolts that hold the thing the spring is held in by behind here. Anyway not so bad but I did the same on the other side and the whole piece is rotted right out. The brakeline is bolted to this area. This side was " fixed" by a thin plate held on by ONE rivet. Needless to say it pulled right off. It seems like this could be an easy fix. Is this a structural part? It is totally gone. This is in addition to 5 or six other small holes and a big one behind the passenger seat. Should I save the 85gt or part it out? The roof needs work too. Thanks for the advice.
