I guess they match your stealth Distributor too?

The distributor is behind the carb where it belongs, I just put those Cobra valve covers on to confuse people

Paul302, I gave a flippant reply figuring those who have done this would chime in, but since they haven't...

I plan on getting those flexible metal universal ones and making them whatever length fits best. They are a little pricey if you need long ones but they look real nice, they last nearly forever, and they halp dissipate heat too.

These are what I plan on getting
when I'm to that point Radiator hose

I use standard black hoses in my 65 mustang with a 351c and a griffen radiator. The radiator fits the stock opening, but that isn't what is important. I used to have those total garbage (my opinion anyway) flexible steel hose lines on the car. Basically I took them with them all bent to the angles I wanted to Napa, and the guys there looked through all the hoses they had in stock until they found an upper and lower that matched my bends. I then just trimmed them to fit.

I basically did the same, went to the auto parts store with my original hoses with extensions taped on to match the new shape. Went through hoses until I came to something close.

if thats a late model serpentine belt configuration, don you have to use a special lower radiator hose?

Ya noticed that eh? It would take a rather blue-blooded Chebby or Mopar guy to know that is not a 289.

It is, and you are right. I'm finding that with everything I've changed I need a "special" everything When this is all said and done the only thing left of my original car is the shell, SERIOUSLY!

i saw a chrome lower radiator hose for a serpentine conversion in the new mustangs plus catalog yesterday, thats the only reason I knew you needed a special one.
