I did a search and found that air bag site. I think I have a code 3. What do you think, just disconnect the battery terminals and see if it comes back? Couldn't hurt, right? I haven't been running around a lot with the car, so maybe that's why it is low charge or something? Ideas?

For the power to reset you will need to let the battery sit disconnected for atleast 20 min. Don't know if it will work but worth a try, cheap and easy.

To make sure I understand correctly, your airbag light flashes three times and pauses, then repeats. This is what mine has been doing for some time. My car is dismantled at the time for an engine rebuild so I may not be of much help to you. I can say that disconnecting the battery has never worked for me.

Good luck.
Keep us posted.

The Air Bag Codes are Double Digit, "12" being the lowest. Count the flashes before the short pause and that is the 1st digit, then count the flashes after the short pause and that is the 2nd digit, then there should be a long pause and it should repeat.

My air bag light just started doing the same thing. Have you found any fix for this yet?

Here is some info that might help - courtesty of S+2B's.

On my '94, some codes are soft and can be cleared with a jumper wire, and some cant. On the '94, the plug you jump is under the glove box (I am sure it is all different on a fox, but that is all I know. Shaker is real good with this stuff and can help).
Good luck.
