Right now I have a little under a grand in my pocket. Next week I could maybe get a couple hundred more. I dont know if I should just rebuild my 302 or buy one that has been already or one thats running and doesnt need to be rebuilt. I really dont just wanna slap in another stock 302. For some reason I want a .30 over with an E303. But finding that hasnt been easy, specialy on my budget. All the machine shops Ive called so far want 800+ to rebuild. Im just stuck on what to do.
Basicly I want this car for a daily driver but with a little more performance that what is to be expected of it. The engine I have now isnt an H.O. model so I dont even know if its worth rebuilding it... again... The previous owner said he rebuilt it when he bought it and he put about 65k on it. Suggestions?
