Throttle body/EGR install problem!

I have the TFS street heat intake, and yesterday I tried mounting the stock throttle body/EGR plate on it, and it kept rubbing against my Kirban AFPR. The silver canister in the back of the EGR plate is the problem, it sticks out too much. Anyone else have this problem? Suggestions? If I buy an Accufab 70mm throttle body/EGR plate, will it work without problems? Thanks!

Not that this helps much but I have the Accufab t-body and spacer set up with a Kirban regulator and a gt40 intake with no problems. The part that is rubbing sounds like you mean the egr valve itself. Have you considered a phenolic spacer to bring the upper intake up some?

I've heard some put a small dent in the EGR to make it fit.
