I JUST INSTALLED 70MM BBK THROTTLE BODY AND A SPACER.
THE IDLE SEEMS TO BE LOW AND THE CAR SHUTS OFF AFTER IT WARMS UP, THE GAS PEDAL IS ALSO HARD TO PUSH AFTER SITTING FOR A WHILE BUT AFTER PUSHING IT, IT IS FINE.
I HAD NO PROBLEMS WHEN IT WAS STOCK.

BBK's are known for sticking throttle and whistling at idle. I removed my bbk 75mm throttle body and went with an accufab 75mm on my 91lx. No sticking throttle and no more whistling noise.
