Throttle Body Spacer...

Anyone know how to completely remove the gasket from a throttle body? I installed a spacer this afternoon and its whistle is unhealthy. I think air is leaking out because i couldn't get the old gasket off well enought. Any help is appreciated

You need help removing the gasket? Use any kind of cleaning solvent and gently scrape at it with a putty knife.

i haved that same problem when i installed it on my o1 sport trac...That noise is annoying

Best thing i have ever used to remove old gaskets is 3M's Roloc Disc..will work in a drill or best with a air tool..can get them at local parts stores,think lowes and even walmart carries them..
