If you have a paper clip and some wire you do. Go to www.fordfuelinjection.com on the side menu go to how to run codes .

Remember we use a 3 digit code system not 2.

When I got the 121, I had to replace the TPS. No issues since.

Was your Idle slow to come back down if and when it did after pushing the gas? I don't have any means of pulling my codes nor do I have the equipment to do it.

after a blip of the throttle, the idle will hang high for 20 or 30 seconds in park unless I crank the a/c full blast. Also, you can check you codes at home for less than $3 total. I used about 6 inches of 16 gauge wire and then stripped/connected male flat blade quick disconnects to each end of the wire. Here is a link on how to perform the test www.allfordmustangs.com Let me know if you have any questions.

I did what you mentioned and it seemed to work. The Idle went back down to about normal(900-1000 RPM). The problem now is the the throttle will hang for a bit while driving and changing gears or just went I'm parked and bump the pedal. It'll jump up like normal and come down normal until it hits about 2000 rpm and slows down drumatically until it hits 1500 then it'll hang there for about 2-4 secs then return to about 900.
