Throttle cable rubbing on C&L Plenum Install..>WHY

I just finished my C&L Upper Intake Plenum and Accufab 75mm TB install and the throttle cable is rubbing against one of the hose connectors on the C&L plenum. Has anyone seen this or how do i fix this....PLEASE HELP i want to test her out soon.

Yes mine did that too...i put 3 washers under each bolt on the bracket that held those cables so that it would raise up and keep the cable from rubbing against the hose and problem sloved. I hope that helped.

I had to put like 5 washers underneath each of my bolts for the bracket to make mine sit solidly w/out any rub on my GTs intake.

You have to just move the nipple down. It is movable. I had the same problem and did the washer thing, but the nipple just pushed down which made a lot of clearance for the cable.

Thanks everyone for the help!!!

I used a black ziptie and used another hose to hold it down, worked great. I cant tell if i feel a major difference in the feel of my ride. I def do, but think it might be a placebo. It does feel the difference in the higher RPMs. Has anyone done a dyno with these new MODS?
