Hey guys, ever since I put on new BBK 70mm TB, the gas pedal seems to be sticking during its first 1/4 inch of travel. It is kind of annoying, because you feel it through the gas pedal and the first 1/4 inch of travel is very difficult. Any ideas on what I could check?

Thanks

Check to make sure that the linkage is not making contact with a hose or clamp around the TB and plenum. I have seen throttles get stuck on the hose clamp which hold the intake hose to the throttle body.

you need to adjust the small screw on the TB. You are getting a vacum lock which is caused by the blade closing all the way is hard to open because of the vacum. The stock TB has a small hole in to to avoid it and aftermarket ones don't. tighten the screw just enough to where it doesnt stick but make sure it doesnt change you idle to much.
