How do you adjust tie rods to the proper length if you don't have the original tie rods to use as a measuring device?

I just took mine off...

the passenger side was 10 threads showing...

the drivers side was 11...

That should get you close enough to get to an alignment shop.

Those were factory pieces of course....

you can bolt the rotor on the hub take measure from the rear of rotor to rear of rotor then do the same to the front they should be about the same then take it to a shop for proper alignment.

Good ol measuring tape, measure the length of the tie rod before you remove it from the rack, put the new one on and adjust to the same measurement. Make sure your wheel is straight and have a friend hold it. Then get it to an alignment shop ASAP. I just got the lifetime free alignment from firestone, back in late july of last year, it has paid for itself multiple times now, I take the car in once every 6 months whether it needs it or not. But more so since I changed both tie rods and CC plates. It's not absolutly needed, but I also changed out both tie rods since one went out.
