tilt steering for my 6T5

Hi all,
I've installed a Heidt's independent front suspension and manual rack & pinion on my stang however, I don't like where the steering wheel sits. I've looked at Flamming River and IDIDIT's offerings but they all seem to be geared towards GM's wiring and wheels. I want to keep my original wood steering wheel and the whole look etc. I've been thinking about a tilt/fly away system from Mustangs and Cougars from '67 through '69 or so??? Does anyone out there have any experience on this type of swap and even a line on the colum by chance? Any advise would be great. Many thanx.
Regards,
Andy

Would be cheaper to get the aftermarket one probably. Hard to find a tilt now a days, and the turn signal harness if you can find a company that makes it is pricey. the wiring for the aftermarket one is geared towards the GM, but you can get it with ford splines to keep your wheel. Just costs a little extra.
