I got a good price quote with a package deal from d&D I called hanlon for one and they said they would call back. I also was unable to be put through to someone who could answer my questions. Well they never called back. WTF? If thats the service you get before you make a 2000 dollar purchase, I could only imagine the service i would get if i had an issue. Also, hanlon is about half hour for me. That wont make a bit of diff cause i would rather go with someone else such as D&D where i know ill get good service.

Let me know of any pro's or cons. Just looking for feedback. Thanks

I don't know about Hanlon either, but I did get my T-56 kit through D&D Performance. They were extremely knowledgeable, and helpful before and after buying the kit. I called up a few time with questions after getting the kit, and they were always easy to get a hold of. The first guy that answered the phone knew the answers to all of my questions.

I wish all the places I got parts from were that nice to deal with.

d&d has always been helpfull with all of my questions. Hell, while rebuilding my t-5 I had some issues pressing off some bearings (don't have a press). I stopped by on my way home for work and the hooked me up free of charge! Great guys! :nice:

I went with D&D for my TKO. Their service was great and their prices were the cheapest I could find with a little bit of looking. I had a bad experience with Hanlon... don't get me wrong they were nice on the phone but the bearings I received to rebuild my T5 were soft and failed within a couple miles.

well it looks like D&D hands down then. I cant beleive there still selling transmissions with there prices and there customer service. I even recently sent an email and no reply yet. Im not taking any chances at this point. D&D it is. Can u imagine if i got a bad tko and then try to get answers from them. I wpould likely get the runaround. Hell, thats all i got before a sale

I have dealt with Hanlon, and the service & support was very good. They are a small shop and sometimes they get busy and miss your call.

I have to agree with that. From the customer end, it may seem like poor customer service when a call is not returned, but when you are in their situation, it's easy to see how a return call can be overlooked.

Actually, I completely disagree. Any overlooked call (or message) can be a potential lost sale. To me it's inexcusable. From the customer end, it is in fact poor customer service.
