Before my timing was 12~15 degree and fine and when adjusted it 18~20 and 92 octane mustang have more power, now change my coil to Accel 48,000 V and set timing to 18~20 but i think less power. This was because of the coil or was otherwise?
Most peeps set their timing base 10* .
If you had more mods maybe you can go 12>15 base, but a famous tuner wich I have a lot of respect for told me, they rarely go more than 14*base on the dyno, cause with 92 0ctane they don't see more power with more timing.
