timing

Got a question, years ago I owned a 93 5.0 LX to set the timing I recall having to pull the pin next to the distributor to set it correctly. Now I got 94 5.0, just put a cam in and wanted to know is there a pin to pull to set the timing on it too, if so where is it? I just installed a B303 where would you guys suggest setting the timing for normal driving and also how far should I retard it for a NOS system when I know I'm gonna be using it? any help would be appreciated.

By the airbox there is a little plug with like a grey plug in it. Thats the spout on our car.

n2o depends on how big a shot you run. Its like 2*for every 50hp of n2o to be safe to start with. So a 125shot would get 5* taken out. Also around 125-150 shot you should run a bigger pump and 2* colder plug, and at 75-100 shot you should be at 1* colder spark plug to be safe. You might want to go to a .35 gap instead of the .55 as well.

With the B303 I would expect some idle issues and stalling. Our ecu's hate most cams and that one has a history of bad idle. Just a FYI.
