nope, once its on it is on for good!

The stuff I used (Testors) comes off with laquer thinner pretty easy. Its not too good for plastic though, so its a take it off wash the lights off kind of thing, haha.

The stuff you guys are using might be different though.

My personal opinion is that they look terrible, but that's just me.

I agree, but only because the lights lose the shine they had as stock plastic.

If only someone could develop a spray or tint application that would retain the gloss of the stock lenses.

VHT spray alone makes the lenses look muddy.

Hit the VHT with 1600 grit sandpaper and then a couple coats of clear. That might help a bunch. :nice:

I dunno, i think tinted tails only looks good on black cars.

I like the brght clean crystal clear look of my stock lights....especially at night with them lit up.

Tinting just doesn't look good to me, not to mention the possibility of being partially responsible if someone rear ends me. I nearly get rear ended a lot (idiot Mass drivers) so the last thing i want is to be found partially at fault.

I went with covers, but instead of a full cover, they have flame cutouts. I attached a couple of pics. You can see the first in the light, and the second from in the garage with the lights on. At night, they really look pretty good. They are definitely different.
