While searching and reading how to remove the back seats, I foudn a lot of people can't put it back in. I cleaned under there today and was at a loss how to put it back in, because if you put one of the pins in, the other one doesn't align properly.
However, the trick is to put the pins in first, with the cushion slanted towards you. This won't bend the cushion and make it impossible to fit both in. Then you push the rear portion down, however it is quite difficult to fit the seat belts through the little holes this way.
On a side note...... if you bought a used car, I would look under tehre and under the carpet, you find all kinds of crap which you don't want in your car... and some change while yoru at it
