no, and it will stick out some kinda bad. We made that mistake with 275/60/15 drag radials once. They rubbed on launches and good bumps and stuck out more then an inch outside the car.

I run a 275/60/15 on a 15x8 w/5.5 back spacing and it hits one tailpipe....it's tight. The 295 will probably rub the fender and rub the insides while turning. A 65 series tire would be like a big balloon. I would not recommend it.
