i need new tires really bad, i still have the stock gatorbacks on the car. anyhow, the car is more of a weekend car and have been researching tires and have decided on these two tires:
Kuhmo ecsta asx (100 bucks+/-)
or
Fuzion ZRI (appx 5-7 dollars more per tire over the kuhmo)
i would appreciate any feedback on both of these tires, i will prob. look to order within a week or so.

I've got the ASX's on my '03 GT; 255/40/17 up front, 275/40/17 out back. For the $$, I'm really happy with them. Dry traction is great, noise on asphault roads is very low, ride quality is real nice (don't feel every pebble on the road), in the rain they do real well, but I'm not one to drive 70/75 when it's pouring like some people.

Overall, very impressed with them.

I have the fuzion zri's on 18" y2k cobras in 265/35/18 all around on my gt. They have excellent grip and are very quiet(compared to the gatorbacks). They are a great tire for the money IMO and they are made by bridgestone. I know the asx is more of an all season tire and the zri is in between all season and summer only max performance.

I have the ZRIs I love has better traction then my Toyo Proxes 4s dry and much better wet IMHO, I had sumitomo don't remember which has a very simple pattern on them didn't grip all that well and went through em really quick. The Fuzion are really nice for the buck, I got em from a firestone place and I couldn't be happier, they are pretty sticky and seem to be holding up alright.
