New to this. Have a 1964.5 and would like to put different tires on it. The 14 is so small. Ideas?

I think if you call LMR , or look on their site they have wheel and tire packages. They come shipped to your house. Usually free , mounted and balanced. Thats one way to go.....They can tell you what fits thats a little bigger.

Torque Thrust 15x7 inch is in the running for the most famous mustang wheel ever.
Available in larger sizes and polished finishes.

Before all that...first off, do you have 4 lug or 5 lug? All these wheels people are posting are 5 lug and won't fit a 7" axle and 6 cylinder spindles.

Haha, I only thought of it because I have the 5 lug axle and v8 spindles waiting to go in when mine goes back together(though I will likely decide to use CPPs drop spindles instead)

I personally have a set of 05 Mustang v6 wheels going on when it goes back together:

kinda faux-shelby...I think the tires on there now are 215/55/16...but I think I will probably try to fit 225/50/16s

(these require spacers/adapters if running the factory 7" or 8" rear end....if using an 8.8" no spacers needed in back)
