I have a brand new one in my car from d and d performance. Mine has a little noise while in neutral with foot off the clutch. Sounds like a rumbling sound from underneath the car. Its really hard to hear it at all over my headers, o/r h pipe and flows but im always anal about my car and hear everything. Have any of you had any noise? Thanks

All I ever hear on mine is the shaft spinning when it's in neutral, but it's pretty quiet overall. It could be your throwout making a bit of noise. Do you have too much slack in your cable?

Yeah, I replaced everything when i installe dthe tko. I bought it as a package deal from d and d performance. Trans, bellhousing, clutch, tob. It cant be the tob anyways because when the clutch is engaged (foot off the pedal), the tob just sits on the retainer sleeve and does nothing. If it were a bad tob it would make noise with the clutch pushed in. Sounds like the shaft spinning to me. Its no big deal to me. Like I said, im anal and hear and feel anything with my car. Transmission is badass though. I call up d and d anyway and see what they say

Ok, I just called d and d. I told them the situation and they said all of them do it and its normal. I do beleive it too because I have been researching it for the past day. Im sure some of them do do it but hey, mine does. Plus, I have heard nothing but good things about d and d. They stand behind their products
