TKO vib...(pics)

Ok I'm taking the trans back out to figure out what I did wrong when I put it in.I got the infamous high speed tko vibe but also I turned a KC clutch to dust in 12000 miles so something is definately F'd up.
Heres the first pic. you can see where the old bolts sat when the aode was in the car.I'm not sure if the x-member is in the right way or not but those two little hole's are on the drivers side of the car.

Here's a pic of the piece which I believe is for a camaro mount.I've read that i need to grind it off to make it fit right.You can see it's hitting the mount so if that was gone I would have much more room to play with.

And here's a pic of the d/s spacer which some people seem to think cause's the vibration.It's the steeda spacer.

So does anyone see anything obvious?I'm gonna continue taking the rest out,I cant wait to see the clutch but just by looking in the bellhousing I see nothing but black dust....Thanks for the help and checkin out these pics..Oh yea all the oil on the car is from when my aode blew up when everything is out I'm gonna try and powerwash it off or something.

The main reason I'm taking it out is because the clutch was slipping.The x-member was in backwards which is a big no-no .The member has a slope towards the back of the car which I guess helps everything line up to the diff.Check out the pics of my cooked flywheel & press plate.

I'm starting to think that the trans mounting plate is different from a aode(the one I used) to the t-5 one.Prolly why mine fit with the exhaust hangar.I got a new mount from prothane back in july when I put it in.
Whitedevil..Did you have to grind off the mounting plate for the camaro on your TKO?

Try rotating the driveshaft. Then if that doesnt work, try it without the spacer in there.


Did you index the bellhousing? Im also gonna get that offset tranny mount and "unflip" my crossmember. How is the slope supposed to be?

If I dont use the stock exhaust hanger plate then what can I use?
I'll be indexing the bellhousing when I put everything back together.
Pretty sure the crossmember should slope towards the rear of the car.There is two little holes on it that should be on the pass. side of the car.

You lost me...If I dont use the plate then I wont have a way to mount the x-pipe because the x-haust hanger will be gone.The t-5 plate must be different.The one I have only has two bolt holes on it compared to the ones that have four like the ones pictured in that corral thread.
