No, its not used. What bell hosuing are you using? If its the aluminum one you will need two shorter bolts for the top 2 holes. Also, you will need a smallspacer to go between the tranny and the tranny mount to make up the difference in height since you will be removing and not reusing the stock exhaust hanger that fits there with the T5. This is a MUST do. Take a measurement before you pull the T5 out from the center of the tail shaft to the top of the tranny tunnel, you'll want to try and have the TKO sit in the same place when you're done.

The rotating mass INSIDE the tranny is 16lbs heavier than a T5... no wonder I lost 2 tenths when I put mine in!

I'm off to put mine back in...

Yeah i heard about the tail sitting lower, and that i can just use washers...but if it doesnt vibrate then I'm not sweating it...my buddies did, and the washers cured it. As for the exh. hangers...those arent in use with my x-pipe.
Are these issues still a prob with these new 500/600's?
Thanks dude

Those bolts are for the tranny... please make sure you dial indicate it Chris. You WILL need two shorter bolts for the bell housing.
