to good to be true

I noticed this kit is all fiberglass. For lower body parts, just like your stock bumpers, you would be better off with Polyeurathane as it is plyable. With fiberglass, one curb scrape, or hard enough bump, and a huge section of paint is going to flake right off.

With polyeura pieces, the shop will put an additive in the paint to make it flexible as well, like your bumpers. Using this method on fiberglass is no guarantee against 2-3 inch paint pieces from flaking off.

You get what you pay for.

About a month ago I put on a fiberglass saleen body kit. I'm very satified with it, yes theres some work and custom shaping, but I did it all myself and painted it, turn out great. It hit one curb already, and it didn't affect it really. I ordered mine from autobahnmotorsports.com, the people selling it are retarded, but the factory they get their product from is descent. Don't be surprised if your front bumber is a yellow fiberglass and your side skirts and rear are white. The yellow fiberglass that comes from a different factory for some reason is a little flexible. Plus it came with all the grill inserts already precut and attached. I got mine for 485.00 and last time i checked they were still the same price. The company you listed looks a little more customer service based and the few extra dollars might be worth it if you are new to this kind of thing. If you are making a body shop have the headache, i'd go with the company i listed, they'll get it to fit nicely. Just be a little catious, Fiberglass which people don't mention, is easier and cheaper to repair if taken car of relatively quick. I couldn't see paying 900 buck for the urethane and then have to buy some extra additive to paint? . Fiberglass paints very nicely. Also the company you listed price matches, so I'd go with them. :nice: . Hope this helps and just reply if you have any other questions.

don't get a fiberglass front end...I own a cervinis stalker front end (the fiberglass one). It looks like crap and its only a year and a half old. Tons of paint has chipped off. The bottom isn't even the same shape anymore from so many pieces breaking off....it just flat out sucks...Any part that is close to the road should be polyurethane.
