To Jet Coat or Not Jet Coat?

I have been sanding/grinding on my 94/95 Cobra intake trying to polish it up but after MANY hours of labor come to the conclusion I do not have the right tools and skill to finish the task properly. I have been checking into getting the intake ceramic coated instead of polishing it. Has anyone else had this done? What did you think of the results? They tell me it is zero maintanance as opposed to the polished ones. Also, does anyone know of a quality shop where I can send it off to have it done? THX
