Ya gotta love how the English language can be taken different ways when reading. Yep, with or without inspections, ditch the cats.
But I find it interesting that when I typed "IMO, if you are in a State without inspections then ditch the cats..", I meant it to be read as "IMO, if
YOU are in a State without inspections then ditch the cats.." speaking to the thread starter. This is random, yes I know but it's interesting .. the word "you" can be taken by someone else to mean "you, specifically" or "you, in general" .. English has to be the most complicated language. Makes you think about contracts and everything else that's in writing .. how subjective it is.
