My tob has been chattering for the last few weeks its only a few months old... do you think it needs more grease??? is there anyway to do it without taking down the trans??? maybe through the clutch fork cover:shrug:

you can grease it through the fork cover, but you should really look into an aftermarket clutch adjustment set-up (firewall adjuster, triple-hook quadrant, and even a new clutch cable--i run the MaximumMotorsports OEM replacement and it's all worked out great).

Clutches themselves chatter, not TOB's. Coefficient of friction issues, marcel spring issues and pressure plate issues cause chatter in most cases.

Actually Adam, I posted to try and ensure your clutch is chattering. The TOB's make noise and can even convey a pulsation through the pedal. Chattering can shake the whole car (all the coins on your seat, etc). Chattering can make a car undrivable because of how annoying it is (it can feel like how it is to leave from a stop in 4th gear, where the whole car shakes).
