I will be the first to admit I never thought a full street trim 94-95 with stock heads would run 12's. I do wonder how you did it without powershifting and with full interior, etc but you've given me no reason to doubt you in the time you've been here so I won't. Again, I say congrats. You must realize though that your weight is VERY light for a full street trim car, even if its a GTS. 3200lbs with driver is EXTREMELY light for a 94-95, I could only dream of such a weight. I'm trying my hardest to get in under 3600lbs this year with skinnies and such. I'm not stating this as an excuse, but as a reminder to those hoping to duplicate your performance.
What's the overall diameter of those tires? They look like they'd be close to ~28". If they are, did you cross the line in 3rd or 4th? Do those tires require heat to get sticky like a DR?
Can a 94-95 run 12's on stock untouched E7's... certainly. Given the right setup, driver, track, etc it can be done. Will it be a fair comparison to what a guy with H/C/I runs on street tires in full weight form... no. If you run skinnies, drag wheels, slicks, 4.30's, remove everything not needed, powershift the hell out of it and run 12's...is that combo any better than.....
