Toggle Switch on Drivers Seat Chair?

The toggle switch for the driver seat chair is acting weird. I can more the chair up and down, but i cant move it forward. Its all way in the back position but when I move to switch to do forward, it feels like it wants to move but it cant. The lights go slightly dim when I do this so i know its working..What gives?!?!?

Something is stuck in the tracks.
Most likely a coin.

or the seat track is broke...some of the components are aluminum and break very easily. I had to rig mine up recently. The 99+ have revised seat tracks without the aluminum rails.
