Well i just got new shocks and struts, my struts came with no dust boots, or any rubber or anything like the factory ones, and no install instructions...... I am putting caster/camber plates on at the same time.... Can anyone help me out with this, my factory struts have a rubber Bumpstop? on the strut housing, between the dust boot and the strut itself, do i need to transfer this to my new ones or what?

thanks guys

i would just transfer over the stock parts... i bought mine as factory take offs (from a mach1) and came with everything, even the caster/camber plates.. and all the hardware was the same as the stock stuff

i bought the HP kit, the blue ones, not the mach 1 style.....

i have mach one springs currently with the rear lowered an additional inch, they hood great, only thing i am doing is lowering the front with steeda sport springs to give it a raked look,

i was just gonna make sure i don't screw them up...

good, glad to hear man, thanks I bought the 87-93 ones.... just like their sales rep recommended, since i am keeping the car lowered .... they said i would have a "TIGHT" feel in the turns etc. but still take off good as well with the springs i plan to run....

I have been told that the mach 1 springs are pretty much the same springs that are in the FRPP drag launch kit..... anyone help me confirm this...

not to steal the thread, but what are u supposed to do with aftermarket c/c plates, as they dont allow the bottom bushing for the dust boot to be installed????
