Ok I have been having problems with my 99 gt. I have no turn signals, door locks, mach 460 amps, side mirror adjustment, cluster lights or dome lights, wipers or cigarette lighter. As I was pulling all fuses checking in both the interior and under the hood I may have got some fuses mixed up but all fuses are fine and not burnt. As I went to turn my car back on all it does is turn over and does not fire either it isnt getting gas or it is not getting spark. I searched and found the interior panel but need the under hood diagram. also when I plug in my sct xcal2 I get no power up but it works fine and powers up in my f-150? WTF!!!! Someone please help becasue I am stumped.

Well mixing the fuses up wont be TOO bad. The numbers on the fuses is their amperage rating, so its kind-of ok if you mixed up the fuses. You might get a few blowing out (possibly), but i dont think anything will be a problem right now. Do you have a test light? I'd recommend buying one for like $10 if you dont have one. Check the power and ground to all the fuses AGAIN when you get a test light. Often when a fuse is bad, it will still look good, but its still bad. Looks can be deceiving when it comes to fuses, so check it with a test light.

then come back and let us know whats goin on still

the cables and battery are fine, like i said as soon as I satrted messing with the fuses and put them back in is when my car would not start, but all those electrical problems have been going on for a week or so. It just seems as if it isnt getting fuel or a good spark.

Got a DVOM (digital volt/ohm meter)?? Maybe check the actual battery voltage, and again when its running. Then maybe check resistances on some cables and the fuse box... I'm not too hot with electrical stuff yet lol

lol yea I hear ya on that, ok i was a lil unclear on my situation, for about a week my car has ran fine but it has had no turn signals,wipers,460 amps, side mirror adjustment, panel or dome lights, door locks, and no power to my diagnostics port, so is there possibly a relay? Also as soon as I started to mess with my fuses when i got them back in is when my car would not start it just cranks but will not fire.

Ok what you can do is find the relay you think is bad, and replace it with another relay. If the component works then, then you know the relay was the problem.

I don't think any of us is going to be able to point out a easy answer for you.

if it's not fuses blown then you have to check grounds and splices in the dash. did they all fail at the same time? was any other work done.

yes all failed at one time, but I can not believe there is not a relay that controls the diagnostics port or any of the other fuctions.

I think you need to stop looking at relays, relays are not used for some of those faults.. I highly suggest to check the grounds

I would check ground g400 located at the right hand front of the luggage compartment

my pics are down and I don't know the exacy location of this ground, you probally will have to buy a service manual.

and ground g203, this one is awfull to get to, it's located in the center of the the firewall behind the instument panel.

most likely you have a splice leading to these grounds that have gone bad or the wiring going to the ground. you really need to buy a service manual with wiring diagrams, it's way to much work for me to do this for you.
