Tool needed to install headlamp bucket spring?

As you know the housings are super fragile. Almost worse than balsa wood, so since one side of my lights are broken already i do not want to break the other side. Still have not figured out a good fix for the other side. So at least i want to get the passenger side done. Any pics of them installed? Any type of tool to stretch that spring properly? Thanks.
