Those guys are idiots. If the car isn't European and costs hundreds of thousands of dollars they say, "Well the car isn't very impressive, but I guess it is affordable." They can't rate something based off cost? The performance and cost have to be totally seperate issues to them. Dumbasses.

No they're testing a V6 convertible claiming that it's a 300hp 4.6 V8.

I don't beleive that test

They ran a HORSE around the dirt outside of the track and the CAR around the paved portion cutting the corners and the horse won by 10 seconds???

I don't beleive it at all.

This show is so Anti-American anyway. I remember when they tested the Ford GT and the GT-500 and found any excuse to say the car sucks ass

Its a brilliant show....but they are just SO anti-American. Thats really disconcerting though that they would use the slowest, flexiest Mustang to do that test...god forbid you use a coupe GT.

Besides, This one is WAY better

Isn't it funny that the "downgrade" engine is higher up than most car's "optional" engine.

They can test all they want, come up with any number they want. It's thier lie, they can tell it how they want. However, the track record says otherwise. There were many fighters stronger, bigger, faster, and considered more skilled then Ali, but he made most of them look like fools in the ring.

I did email them....and not to be nasty...I love that show, but the Anti-Americanism seeps from its pores...so I'm not suprised. However, I did write to ask them why there was a error in the facts and why they tested the convertable and not the coupe. We'll see if I actually get a response.

I like how he's got the rear end coming around on him and he's screaming "Understeer, Understeer."

This guy gets me so pissed off. First off, who timed animal and car. Was it his cheaply made british wristwatch? Wheres the independent third party timing both? Second this test was purely done so he can once again bag on the mustang. Obviously they can say the horse went faster when I highly doubt it did. Third, the mustang is a 20k+ pony car! Not a highline exotic or other sports car. The mustang gt will do 140, corner in .80s and higher and do 0-60 in the 5s. 1/4 in 13s and sometimes better. Thats damn good performance in my opinion. Since when was it designed to go 200 mph? It does what ford designed it for, it delivers great performance for reasonable cost for americans. It wasnt ever intended for these snotty brits to be driving it anywyas. The whole mustang mystique is not british its purely american. Screw them why we even bother sending them the mustang is beyond me. Also what british piece of **** thats priced the same as the mustang performs better. I cant think of a single car. Absolutely none that are british. Britain has made some of the worst most unreliable pieces of junk ever. The damn test car is a freakin v6 vert which isnt performance intended at all. It performs jus fine for what its supposed to do, cruise in the sun. The rear doesnt even have a freakin sway bar. Talk about horrible false sensationalist journalism. I really urge ford to jus not even send these people cars anymore. If he cant tell if a car has a v8 or not hes a real dumbass. Get some equal priced euro **** box to perform I dare him. He'd like everyone in the world to think that every euro car is a ferrari, lambo, pagani, konigsegg. The majority of euro car have 60 horses.
