Top Help Please

I have a 99 vert and when the top is closed it looks like this(see pic ) i have ordered a new top headliner window side cables and pads. do i need to find a frame or is my frame just out of adjustment any ideas? If out of adjustment how easy and where (if any links) can i go to see how to do this thanks

I don't know the SN95 tops at all, but I would say something is broken. You might have to pony up and get an "estimate" from the dealer to get their expert opinion. If there's a dedicated Mustang shop in town, you could try that too.
