Torque Freaks dyno special $29.99 for 3 pulls

By baseline, they mean you make 3 passes and are done, you arent tuning at the same time. They dont want you sitting there on your laptop programming the chip between runs, just make 3 passes for numbers. For tuning, you rent the dyno for a per hour rate

Thanks, but I know how it works. The question I asked was, could we get a baseline then come back in say a week or two with more mods and still get the same special pricing? :flag:

By the way some of us might get together on Saturday the 21st. 1300 is good for me. Anyone else?

Now when you say baseline....? Does that mean its a one per customer kind of deal or can we come back for the same price if say we added a new pulley...?

There is no limit to the amount of times you can dyno, as long as you aren't abusing the system :) If you want to get a baseline, then come back in a couple days with a new pulley, you can still get the $29.99 rate.

The advantage of A/F is to check your initial tune. For example, a mass air, some injectors and exhaust system have been installed but the car has never been dyoed. This is a great way to see what kind of power it makes and what the A/F is at. Then you have something to go by if further mods are performed or planned(and you should). If the car is stock, then an A/F is not really needed unless for some reason you have a reason to believe there something is wrong. The word baseline is a general term, meaning NO adjustments to the car are allowed while it's on the dyno for those three pulls. If YOU want to make adjustments, then it's $85.00 an hour(no wideband) or $95 an hour YOU tune(with wideband). You will find by checking with other dyno shops that our price, even for tuning, is much lower than our competitors.
