The programmer ie sct2 or whatever doesn't allow you to turn Torque Management off. However the program you get from a Tuner (person, Speed Shop) can have Torque Management turned off in their tune and when you flash your car with that tune your Torque Management is tuned off. I hope that makes sense.

Makes sense. If you lose battery power, is the programming saved, or does it have to be reflashed again?

I believe it is like nvram. No you would not have to reflash it. Losing power would not set it back to stock tune.

tm can NOT be completly turned off in a 05 up period

its NOT just a 1 or 0 thats the traction controll

torque management tables are a intergrated part of the fly by wire system on the 05 .. what can be done is the numbers can be raised so that the car allows it to make full power..

however you can NOT just simply turn it off ..
