Torque settings

I need to know the proper torque settings for 351W Heads (cast iron) and flywheel blots (Billet steel) and also clutch pressure plate bolts. Thanks alot

All in ft. lbs.:

Heads = 85/95/105-112 (3 steps)
Flywheel Bolts = 75-85
Pressure Plate = 30-37
