So I was looking up torque specs for my ball joints and it said 100lb ft. Is this correct? It's much harder to turn the steering after this. Is it just because my other ball joints were so bad?

The spindle doesn’t turn on the balljoint. The balljoint turns in the socket so torque spec won’t affect turn resistance
