Does anyone know if the TPMSs on the 2010 mustangs are the same as those on years prior?

Also, how difficult is it to sync up new TPMS sensors on a vehicle?

From what I have seen and been told by the dealerships they are different. Not sure about how hard to get them sync up though.

I believe the 05-09 was a sensor in the wheel where the 2010 is a sensor that is part of the valve stem.

Aw crap, I hope they are reuseable!

Looks like I went and bought new bands for nothing.

My dealership said they are. They didn't have any wheels I like so they said to buy the wheels and tires and they would transfer the sensors for me. They said they are very fragile though. Not sure how fragile something in a wheel can be but they made it seem as though they are easy to break and or hard to install.
