TPS info wanted....

Thought maybe you gents would know this....The TPS wires on the SN95 are..

Grey/Red....signal
Grey/White...ground
Brown/White..ref

The Ex/Fox have a Orange/Green/Black coming out of the TPS....Do you know what they stand for such as above??? My info is right outta Haynes....Just curious...

i dont know, but it should be easy to find out. if you find no other info, just get a DMM out (NOT test light) and probe away. i would not venture a guess as to what color is what, as ford gets creative with using black for non grounds, colored wires for ground,etc. turn the key to on when testing.

When you test the TPS on a fox, you probe the positive to the green, and the negative to the black. So i guess GREEN=SIGNAL, BLACK=GROUND, and ORANGE=REF
