Will the tps cause high gear tokind of rev with no power, adjusted it and still need to do again. idles a lot better but still not right. but when in high it doesnt have alot of power at all.. so is it bad tranny or will tps cause this issue??? ideas and thoughts

TPS or ECT. Pull your codes and you'll know for sure.
But until you put your o2 sensors in, no point chasing other issues. Take care of that first.
