Do all GTs have posi rearends? If not what are the rearend codes to tell what you have? Seams like everytime I get on it only the right rear breaks loose. Would relocating the battery to the trunk help plant that tire better?
First of all it isn't called POSI! It's not a Chevy, so please refer to it as traction-lock. As for your problem, you could have the trac-loc rebuilt, but make sure you think that is the problem first.
Didn't mean to offend, but your response offered no help just flamed me. Any suggestion on how to diagnose the traction-lock differential to see if it's in need of repair?

jack the car up and have a friend hold one wheel while you turn the other. It should take quit a bit of tension to be able to turn it. If it turns freely have it rebuilt. The kit is only 50 bucks or so.
