with my 00 GT i had MAJOR tracking issues with my Pirelli tires.. then i put new firehawk wide ovals on and the tracking problem has gone completely away.

all i did was put the new rims/tires on from tirerack, and then drive to ford for an alignment. honestly i wish i did it sooner it used to make me so pissed off when it would veer from side to side on the highway.

well I don't know if you can fix tramlining of a certain tire.

I am no expert but the only thing I can think of is different tire, differnet size tire.

I had avs sports last time an they were horrible. My bfg kdw-2's are so so. I think any truely high performance tire is going to follow the grooves a bit.

narrower tires and more sizewall tend to reduce it. tread design, lower profile, wider tires tend to increase it.

If you have caster/camber plates you can possibly get rid of some of it but probably not all because as others are saying, the tires are the problem. You could add more caster to the front end settings if you have the c/c plates and that will help it track better. Also reducing the toe-in to the minimum setting from the factory specs will help somewhat too.
