traction bars

Is anyone using the lakewood traction action bars, if so are they as good as everyone says?

i have them on my pi swapped 96..i like them a lot..the only draw back i that they make the car feel totally different than stock in terms of the way it launches..the whole car tries to lift up, but they work extremely well compared to stock. i am actually trying to get rid of mine though cuz i am going to change my whole rear end set up and am going to try something else. but they work really well

Do you get ur front wheels to lift off?? Would you recommend them on an 00 GT w/ just springs as the only suspension mod??
