just wondering if the shelby under ride bars will work with the global west sub frame connectors. I believe someone said they wouldn't, let me know what your setup is. thanks.

They did NOT fit on my vert, that may be what you are remembering. They might fit for the coupe/fastback though since they always seem to be a different design (TCP/Maier/etc.). Try calling GW, they are very helpful. For my car I sold the Shelby trac-bars and bought some cal-tracs, they fit just fine since they don't weld to the rear subframes..

Gotta get the camera back from the wife. Sounds like our SFCs are very different. My SFC's welded to the upper curved part of the frame rail. This left the front pad area open so you can slip the TB mount between the frame and connector. The bushing ends up "outside" next to the SFC. I'll post a pic later.

I guess the GW SFCs could be different, mine are about 5 years old now.

The rear portion connects to the curved part like you said, the front connects to the straight part. The bar runs right down the middle, and the gap was too small for me to get the trac-bars in there. I looked for a picture and only have this one...you can see how tight the rear of the SFC is and how close to the rail it is.
