What do we do for traction bars? Does some company make special ones for coil-springs, or is there just something else we do for traction?

the first thing you can do for traction is get that peg-leg rear end of yours rebuilt

Who still uses "traction or slapper bars"?

Why not get adjustable LCA and UCAs, with some good shocks out back? My fathers car has these (also has an anti roll bar) and has been hgh 1.3x 60's and 9.93 @ 136. Doubt your going to need more than that for traction purposes???

My buddy's '90 notch has Southsides on it, and that thing has mad grip, even with low-profile street radials. Only thing is, he still hasn't gotten around to reinforcing the torque boxes, and he's already had to have them re-welded once...

Okay, so those lakewood or UMI upper control arms is what will do the trick? What are good shocks to use?

I'd agree with getting the right adjustable setup. Pinion angle is everything when talking traction. FYI, the old 7.5s came with slapper bars

Would these work? Or would UCA's work better?

With your mods you shouldn't have any problems with traction, unless you are still smoking one.
