It would be on the shifter bezel below the radio. If you have a blank plate there, you don't have traction control. Most of the V6 cars that have traction control are Premiums(leather, mach 460, 16" wheels).
My '01 V6 was base (former rental) and didn't have TC. IMO, it didn't really need it, even with the skinny 15x7 wheels. Just don't go crazy with the throttle in adverse conditions.
