The guy I talked to about trading for an 04 screaming yellow Cobra with 5k miles on it said he would give $10k, without even seeing it. I said NO and he told me to think of a figure and get back to him. After thinking about it I doubt I will trade now. Thanks for changing my mind!

If you WERE to sell your car for a Cobra, I'd think that you might do better selling it outright.

Just a thought

I didn't realize you were so close (I'm in Burke County). Gotta love the mountains. I was just in the Saluda area a couple of weeks ago.

If you don't want to upgrade your car now, will you want to on the cobra? You know you are not going to keep the cobra stock(if it's not already). You know how it is, you do this then you are going to want to do more to it especially since your car is more powerful. Then eventually you'll have to upgrade the cobra too.
Just think of the cons of the cobra; weights more, basically same interior as your car, lower hp&tq, costly repair bill if something breaks, bitch to work on and oh yeah, monthly payments . Good luck with your decision.

If you want to make a big mistake... heck, trade for my car. Then at least one of us would be happy.

Lol. No, I wasn't there for that. I was just driving through & stopped to eat there. I think I was headed to East Flat Rock that day.

Head up to Patton Avenue in A-town at all? I hear the rice can kind of be a pain there .... but it can't be worse than Hickory.

the rice in rocky mount is unbelieveable, even the few domestic guys outside of me and my best friend have riced out the domestics and hang out with the ricers. There is one guy around town with a vibrant red GT and a blower on it, but is one of those punk ass guys that thinks they are the **** and wants to fight anyone and everyone who looks at him wrong. He occasionally hangs out with the rice too though. The one time I looked under his hood he was showing everyone the blower and I happened to notice there was no belt attached to it! I said nothing
