I was having problems with my car, which is equipped with larger than stock front tires(265) following the road. So today, me and my buddy fabricated up a steering stabilizer setup to fix the problem. Tell me what you think.

Indeed,
I am wondering how you got it to pivot on the steering rack mounting bolt to move with the suspension.

thanks guys, i haven't had a chance to try it out yet. It only took me about 2 hours to make up the brackets, etc. but it was getting late and i am still painting my calipers.

I am using a "double nut" setup on the rack side, i replaced the rack nut with a shorter nut then a locking nylon nut on the outside so it can pivot...all locktighted of course. plus the rubber mounts will give it some degree of "play". I was very careful to mount it so it was at mid-stroke at straight, and did verify that i can turn full lock to lock.

It fits up above the a-arms and k-member as you can see in the pic so it shouldn't get damaged.....

If it works good, ill fab some more up and sell the "kit"s to anyone who has wide tires and has problems with the car following the road.
